Data we process and why

We process information submitted through website forms, correspondence and service enquiries. This may include identification and contact details and information necessary to respond to an enquiry, manage a commercial relationship, comply with legal obligations or deliver requested services. We do not intentionally request special-category personal data through ordinary contact forms.

Legal basis

Processing is based on consent, steps taken at the user’s request before entering into a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations and, where applicable, legitimate interests. Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Personal data is retained for as long as the commercial relationship or stated purpose continues and thereafter for any legally required period. Service providers may process data only where necessary for hosting, website operation, communications, analytics or legal compliance and under appropriate contractual safeguards.

International transfers and third-party services

Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, TOTALLY RAD applies the safeguards required by data-protection law. Third-party services and links are also governed by their own privacy policies.

Security and confidentiality

The website uses SSL/TLS. TOTALLY RAD applies technical and organizational measures intended to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, loss or misuse. No internet system can be guaranteed absolutely secure, but incidents are managed and notified in accordance with applicable law.
