This offer must be accompanied by a legible color copy of the offeror’s identity document and proof of funds covering the amount offered. The offer does not include taxes or other purchase costs, which are payable by the buyer. The property is subject to the applicable regional Property Transfer Tax (ITP). The owner, or its appointed representative, will respond within no more than 15 business days after receipt.
The prospective client agrees to provide all documentation required to comply with Spanish Law 10/2010 on the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing. The documentation will be processed strictly for legal compliance and in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
The offeror is interested in acquiring the described property through an assignment of auction rights and understands that the transaction is subject to Spanish civil procedure law and the court handling the mortgage enforcement. The offeror understands that the assignment does not itself deliver physical possession and that the necessary court procedures must be followed to request and obtain possession.
